Andrew,
I'm sure that dm cubed is not the proper unit for capacity (volume) but I'd no idea what should be used. Would you mind doing the relational thing again. I didn't keep the email you sent before and discover I don't know inches to ?, or actually any of them other than miles to kilometers.

Hi Helen

Not a problem.

The main ones are:

Inches to Centimeters; 1" = 2.54 cm
Feet to Metres; 1' = 0.3048 m
Miles to Kilometres; 1 mile = 1.609344 kms

Ounces to Grams; 1 oz = 28.34952 g
Pounds to Kilograms; 1 lb = 0.4335924 kg

Cubic inches to litres; 1 cubic inch = 0.1638706 litres
Ounce to litres; 1 oz = 0.0295753 litres
Pint to litres; 1 pint = 0.4731765 litres
Quart to litres; 1 quart = 0.9463529 litres
Gallon (US) to litres; 1 US gallon = 3.785412 litres

Fahrenheit to Celsius; 1 degree Fahrenheit = -17.2222 degrees Celsius
Miles per hour to Kilometres per hour; 1 mph = 1.609344 kph

If you want, I have a little (568kb) program for convert heaps of
measurements within imperial and metric and between. Just let me know and I
will email it to you (or any one else interested) directly.

Regards
Andrew
