In the original text I proposed, "free" could be interpreted as "without
restraint" rather than "without charging money," which is why I added
condition (2). I know that it isn't likely that someone will run around
charging for A-U flyers, but I still like the emphasis this gives to the
principal that our materials are supposed to be free.
