120 Rescued Beagles from Charles County, Maryland, Need Homes
For more information, contact Ed Tucker at:
As the result of an investigation our office has been doing... we
will, over the next 2 months or so, have available for rescue in the
neighborhood of 120 Beagles - yes you read correctly - one hundred
sparing the details in deference to any pending legal issues involved
with this investigation... this person (hoarder/collector/______ fill
in the blank - take your pick) has agreed to reduce the number of dogs
(all beagles) that he/she has to a number that he/she can reasonably
handle, vet and care for. The animals that we eventually agree would
be good for his/her situation will all be sterilized [any offers of
financial help on this would be welcome :-)] to prevent him/her from
building his/her population back up... you know the routine.
If anyone is interested in rescuing any of these beagles (they are
actually for the most part very nice looking dogs in good condition)
please let me know and we can make arrangements for the transfer. The
first group of 20 dogs will be signed over to us tomorrow and we have
made arrangements with local organizations for the placement of these.
We have not guaranteed the current owner that any or all of the
animals will be placed - simply told them that we would do our best to
locate rescues for them. He/She really does care about the dogs...
sound familiar... anyhow, The next group is due to be signed over on
BOTTOM LINE.... a large portion of these are adoptable dogs and
we could really use your help ... so place your orders today! The
only requirement we have is that these dogs go to an organized
rescue/shelter/organization with proper standards of care and that
they all be spayed/neutered before final placement.
THANK YOU ONE AND ALL!
