NPR had a program about how difficult weight loss is and how hard it is to keep it off. The interviewed a doctor that explained how the metabolism slows and the hormone levels drive hunger etc etc.
They completely missed the point that the body is self-regulating and once you understand those functions, weight loss is easy. In fact, I go so far to say that is it is difficult for you then you are doing it wrong.
Feed you cells what they need and you aren't hungry! Get the poisons out of your body and the fat melts away!
Don't be mislead into believing that it is simply a matter of calories in and calories out. That is the mistake that is keeping people fat!
