Also to initiate a request to consider the possibility of installing designated left turn lanes at said intersections"

Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other
matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the committee's subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes per speaker and for a maximum of 30 minutes, unless waived by the presiding officer of the board. Each Stakeholder speaking to the Board during Public Comment will be allowed a maximum of three times the public comment period to address the Board. (It can be divided evenly up to a total of nine Agenda items, of one minute a piece).
