That will work too. The thing I liked about the remote version
was that it could be updated anytime without loading a new
ASCOM version. This way the user can go to the help "site"
and get fresh intel. Also, it could be cool to send the driver
version along as part of the URL. Then the web page could
display users version, and contain version specific help and
page itself (client side) can do the trick with no runtime server
I'll take a crack at something simple (wherever it goes) for the
Meade driver. Then after we stabilize, I'll have a go at
POTH, the three simulators, and the RoboFocus stuff.
I assume a button labeled "Help" is the access? Other techniques
would be an underlined hyperlink looking phrase, or an image with
a link tied to it as per the ASCOM icon.
