The "check call" also doesn't tell
you that a station has download all or his most recent logs. Only the he
downloaded "something" on the date shown.

logs to LoTW.
It does not indicate that their
are any existing QSO's with you.
At least that is my
understanding/interpertation of the LoTW documentation.
