This mailing list was created in 2000 to connect Zomi across the globe and, it was changed to ZOMI INFORMATION & RESOURCE CENTER in 2007.

Zomi Center Mailing list is now the official newsgroup of the Zomis for "Zomi Information and Resource Center" (ZIRC) to reach out in all around development for the Zomi people.
