Dear Friends:
The moon cycle has reached the first quarter, which appears as the classic
"half-moon" shape. The crescent is filling with light, transforming from a
darkened state to an enlightened presence. We may find ourselves searching for
meaning amidst the unexpected events of our lives. Our practice steadies our
minds and hearts, our breath brings rhythm and balance. We meet each challenge
with equanimity. Now more than ever, we realize how important we are to each
other, and stretch out our hands to connect.
