Constitution of the Zillai egroups.

A.Zillai egroups is:
1.A non-sectarian, non-political,non-patriotic movement, non-profit
making groups.
2.It is run by three moderators.

Membership is open to:
1.To all Zillais
2.Vaiphei Officers
3.Any Vaiphei citizen
4.Any person who has strong affiliation to Zillai/Vaiphei and shares aims and objectives
B.Aims and Objectives.
1. To unite and strengthen bonds amongst all Vaipheis.
2. To counsel and support zillai seeking to obtain higher education
with good Information.
3. To work towards a united, peaceful and prosperous among the
Vaipheis.
4. To work towards bringing a better education to Vaiphei students
Association by counsellings.
5. To work for the development of Vaiphei, wherever possible.
C.Activities.
1. To register members by every possible means.
2. To circulate information about ZILLAI.
3. To liaise and exchange information with other Vaiphei Associations
abroad/ Zillais.
4. To meet at regular intervals.
5. To enlighten and promote our culture and heritage.
D.Structure.
1.The groups is moderate by three moderators.
2.Moderator should know the skill of computer.
3.Member should be only from the Vaiphei community.
4.Member should introduce once he/she join the groups.
5.Member should not use strong word.

The constitution may be modified as and when deemed necessary after a majority vote.
