Dear Sangha
The text for this year’s intensive practice period (ango) is The
Poetry of Zen, Sam Hamill and J.P.Seaton, trans. ed. . a Shambhala
paperback. This book includes Chinese and Japanese poems from the
earliest days to Issa’s haiku. It will be the subject of talks and
study groups. I hope you enjoy this profound, and deeply Zen-style
study!
