Description
This group is for the Yerf Dog GX-150 and other off road go karts. The purpose of this group is to provide a place for owners (and potential owners) to gather together to discuss their karts. This group is about owning, driving, maintaining, & modifying GX-150 series karts. The atmosphere here is intended to be clean, positive, and friendly. In that way, this Group can become a community that can accomodate the greatest number of different types of people... whether it be the 7 year old dreaming of getting one of these karts, the 17 year old that wants to really tear up the trails with his kart, or the 70 year old who wants to enjoy some time karting with the grandkids. Let's keep the maturity and quality level of this group high. Put downs, trash, cussing, spam, obnoxious, or rude posts are not welcome. Think "family friendly" and you should get the right idea. Because of unwanted spam, the group settings have been changed so new members request to join and wait for approval. This was only done to try and keep trashy spam out of the group. People interested in karts are very welcome here. We'd like to have you join us! Requests to join are usually approved very quickly.

Erin, the stock Howhit engine was rated at 7.8 hp/7500 rpm. If you go above 8hp, you may have to change the torque converter to handle the extra horsepower.
