Pathways to Higher Education employs a comprehensive response to the problem faced by academically gifted but financially underprivileged youth who are seeking to obtain and complete a college eductaion. they aim to assist these students with the major difficulties that they face in their pursuit of a college eductaion. these are mainly the lack of academic preparation for college, inadequate family income, lack of self-esteem and lack of eductaional resources. these key considerations are often what drive today's students to drop out of college even after they are given scholarships.
