This forum is dedicated to sharing tips and information about the core techniques used to build an information system using XML, XSL and Java.



During my first steps using these technics, I have found 2 major kinds of difficulties :



1- Most of the products we use tend to hide the low-level aspects of the involved techniques making it harder to understand them.



Still, I believe that understanding the basics is mandatory to build a system on solid foundations !



2- Most of the problems are integration problems involving different products and techniques making it hard to know where to find help and

resources.



I hope this forum will help to solve low level integration problems between the core components.



My first contribution is the publication on our web of a set of classes and examples showing how :



1) XML documents can be bounded to java objects.

2) These objects can be exported back to XML.

3) They can be stored in an ozone OODBMS

4) They can be used through a standalone XSLT sheet.

5) They can be manipulated though a stylesheet in servlet mode.
