Sure. Click on the Configure tab, then click the "Save Modes" button on
the bottom. To restore do the same but click "Load Modes".

Not directly. The Xcat control program doesn't have an "offline" mode,
it needs to be connected to the Xcat to edit the frequencies. The saved
file format is just an binary image of the code plug data, you could edit
it off line using Dennis's SyntorXGen program
(http://http://kb8zqz.org/syntorx/ ). You could decode the code plug to
a SyntorXGen source file, edit that, then compile it back into a code
plug image that can be loaded into the Xcat.

Yea, well documentation isn't my strong suit. I'm also not very good
about updating things when I add new stuff. Make sure to read the Change
log included with the release... it probably has some info not included
elsewere.
