This is a discussion forum for all radio amateurs interested in building, testing and using antennas based upon or developed from the original designs of GM3HAT (Maurice Hately). There is a growing need for efficient compact antennas within the amateur movement for a variety of situations and in the face of increasing EMC problems. This class of antenna offers a solution on both issues.
In setting up this group my main objective is to provide a forum for the free exchange of knowledge and experience at any technical level and that such exchange will be conducted in the true spirit of amateur radio.
This forum is specifically not for the promotion of any commercial interests in this or any other class of antenna.
