| A male Rufous Hummingbird has arrived at the hummingbird feeders in my backyard in Cedaredge. Look out Black-chinned Hummers!!!! Other less common visitors include: Blackheaded Grossbeak, Lazuli Bunting and Lesser Goldfinch. FYI - Lewis Woodpeckers were observed nesting in the large dead cottonwoods west of Surface Creek on Independence Ave. in Cedaredge. Turn east on Independence at the Go-Fer Foods.
