Writer Circle is an online community focusing on critique, support and feedback for serious writers and other creatives of varying levels of experience - but mostly serious writers. All are accepted and encouraged.
Writer Circle is for folks who would like to share their fiction and non-fiction work and receive the support and feedback from others to help finish, start and eventually release projects to the world at large. It is also for discussion of writing-related or creative topics and anything else that may be relevant to the craft or industry.
A few simple rules:
Be nice. We are all friends here or at least fellow warriors in creativity so treat everyone else just as you would like to be treated.
Please type *Mature Content* in the subject line of your messages when posting such material. Thank you.
The Contract for Success:
An agreement for folks on this group to work on their art every day. Discipline = progress = success. Simple equation. It is all about discipline.
Every day write for at least an hour or write at least one hundred words. Once or twice a week members post a progress report on what they have written and what they have done.
It should open a forum for discussion, inspire creativity and get those of us who shall remain unnamed off their lazy butts. This is also a good way to inform folks on what kind of projects and objectives we all have.
Please check out The Writers Chatroom for live discussions and guests regarding the craft and experience of writing. Schedule available at the site.
For those interested in poetry and the versed side of writing, please feel free to check out our sister group Poet Circle.
