Rating of International Specialty Tour Operators (IST Rating).

Select "Messages" to browse or search for rating messages, messages which publish client/guest ratings of tour operators they made a tour with. You can search messages by entering free format keywords.

Select "Post" to post a new rating message.

Select "Bookmarks" to get a link for finding Online Travel Information for Worldwide Travelers.

Select "Database" for an overview of Tour Operators which have been rated as yet. Use especially the search function to select tour operators coping with your “Search” criteria. You can also sort the database by pressing one of the underlined column fields (such as sort on "Activity").

Any member in the role of client/guest/visitor can rate a tour operator by posting a message in this Yahoo!Group. Each member will then be informed of this rating by email. If you are not a member yet, we invite you to join this Yahoo!Group.

How to rate: Grade from 1-5, where 5 is Very Good and 1 is Very Poor. Rate three factors (if applicable):
1) The quality of the tour (transportation facilities, local facilities, local environment, decor, cleanliness , touristic entertainment, quality of accommodation, quality of food, guiding, travel documentation, etc.).
2) The quality of service (customer-orientation, friendliness, helpfulness, responsiveness, etc.).
3) Value for Money (price against overall performance).

When posting a rating message, please do mention your name, the tour operator you dealt with, the tour you made(activity/destination) and the date or period of your visit.
