No wif you do not write on a regular basis, do not be discouraged. Answer about your process when you do write. Do you tell yourself you are going to write for an hour? 30 minutes? 15 minutes? Do you jot notes down whenever the mood strikes you? Have you ever left dictation for yourself by calling your own voicemail and leaving a message because you didn't have something to write with?
Everyone has their own unique style, share yours!
