We are a group of adventuresome women, (and a few good men), who enjoy working with wood. There are members who specialize in turning, carving, furniture making, intarsia, box-making, scroll sawing, cabinet making, and wood burning. We have a files section with information to share; and a photos section with pictures of our work.

There will be no pattern sharing from other sources in this group.

We encourage men to be a part of this group as long as they are respectful. We will not allow any flaming or spamming. This is a spin-off group from the original woodworkingwomen group founded by Judith Mattart, the Lumberlady. She was the inspiration for many of us to become more involved in woodworking.

Our current featured artist is new member Nicole. She carves logs into many wonderful figures using various power tools. With this little fellow out front I'd sure feel welcome.
