This group is dedicated to building and riding modern wooden surfboards. This group will share their knowledge and experience with each other in the hopes of a better product for all. Whether you are building a wall hanger for your office, an accent for your Tiki bar, or a nice, solid board to show off at the beach, this is the place. Anyone interested in surfing, woodworking, or just hanging out can join.

This group basically is a support group for people building the wooden surfboard described in the book written by Jack Young and available at www.woodsurfboardsupply.com. All builders are invited though. Let’s all compare notes and build even better wood surfboards. Be sure to post photos and useful links but be advised I will edit out any spam.
