Description
A coordination point for the implementation of Winlink in the Washington DC Metro Area.
This covers Winlink2000, (Airmail), Telpac and Paclink. Basically, who is doing what where, etc. This is not an attempt to control Winlink deployment in the area, but to help make it happen, especially for emergency communications.
Membership will be limited to those in the DC Metro area and key Winlink players.

Charlie, PG ARES/RACES has the ability to do Pactor III from the EOC in Landover Hills, MD Dan KA8YPY
