The Witch Hat Society (WHS), had its first meeting on September 30, 2004, at the local IHOP in Merrillville, IN. The WHS began as a result of a few devoted fans of famous witches. How many of us admired Samantha on Bewitched twitch her nose as she cleaned her kitchen, or observed Glenda the Good Witch on The Wizard of Oz wave her magic wand and make dreams come true. Come join us as we wear our witch hats proudly, as we speak of the magic that life brings forth to us all. Group meets once a month at a local restaurant or takes field trips, wearing beautifully decorated witch hats. Group coordinators are referred to as: Witch mom. Ladies 50 and over are referred to as wise witch, and ladies under 50 are referred to as witch maidens. Join us, and allow the true spirited witch in you shine through. This discussion group is designed to discuss craft ideas, magical cleaning and cooking tips, etc., for the busy witch. Males with wizard hats are also welcomed.
