Dear People,
I received this information and thought you might like to read it.

The Global Elite, in their desire to centralize planetary power for
themselves, have intentionally orchestrated the politics of
nation-states to become oil dependent, to finally direct the two
biggest of them, the US and now the great exponentiating industrial
power China, against one another, to create a huge global conflict
very shortly, out of which they hope to create their "Final
Solution": a centralized Global Government with complete control over
humanity...

David Icke, in his book The Biggest Secret, published in 1998, wrote:

"...the plan is to engineer events, real and staged, that will create
enormous fear in the countdown to 2012. This includes a plan to start
a third world war, either by stimulating the Muslim world into "holy
war" against the West or by using China to cause global conflict.
Maybe both."

In a radio interview this morning (10-7-04) on KPFA in Northern
California with writer Michael Klare (author of the new book "Blood
And Oil") Klare states:

"Certainly, historically, American presidents from Franklin Roosevelt
on, Democrats and Republicans, have emphasized the need to obtain oil
from the Middle East and to use military force to protect it. The
prevailing doctrine covering our oil policy is the Carter Doctrine,
named after Democratic president Jimmy Carter, which says we have to
use military force when necessary to protect the flow of oil from the
middle east. Now we're at a situation today where that policy is
provoking genuine crisis..."

INTERVIEWER: Not only is the US continuing to expand its use of
petroleum with all the SUVs out there and really no restraint on the
consumption of petroleum here in this country, but China is an
economic powerhouse that is in fact using oil in much greater
quantities than it did in the past and as its economy grows and
its industrial infrastructure becomes increasingly dependent on
imported oil, they're importing from the Middle East and elsewhere
and driving up the price. We've got $52 a barrel oil today, it's a
record high.

KLARE: Well this is really something that's quite striking. China's
demand for oil has skyrocketed in the past couple of years and
this is part of the reason why prices are so high. You know China is
producing a new middle class, and to satisfy that middle class---and
I would say keep them out of politics at the same time--the Chinese
leadership is encouraging automobile ownership and that inevitably is
a demand for oil. So this has economic consequences. But I worry
about the military consequences...China, like the United States, has
chosen to militarize its foreign oil policy, that is, to view it
as a National Security matter and to put its troops and weapons and
military aid where its oil is at. Just as we have established bases
in the Persian Gulf and ties with military forces in the region
and supply them with arms in establishing bases, China's beginning to
do the same thing, and this really worries me.

INTERVIEWER: Do the same thing with whom?

KLARE: China has established military ties with the government of
Sudan, providing the Sudanese government with weapons and military
aid which the Sudanese have used in their war against the SPLA, the
rebel group in the southern part of Sudan, with enormous human rights
consequences. China also provides weapons to Iran, which we know is
in an adversarial position with the United States, and has begun
supplying military assistance to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and
Uzbekistan. These are countries that the United States is also
interested in establishing ties with."

It's obvious that not only do the Globalists want to keep nation-
states dependent on fossil fuels and suppress alternative energy
sources to enrich themselves (which their influence upon governments
throughout the world has achieved very successfully) but they want to
create a Mega-Crisis not just in energy and economics but also in
military escalation in order to centralize power Absolutely unto
themselves...at least that is their intent...but all this only also
serves to awaken Humanity itself from the rule of thousands of years
of manipulation, as we wake up to the Global Scam, just in time,
as It rises at last to the surface of Consciousness for all to
see...
