... This is an old post, but: the G313 already goes down to 100 Hz. That's selectivity at IF. Selectivity at audio frequencies comes a poor second to that.

No viable scan lockout ? - WR-315e
Still comparing features of my new WinRadio to my Uniden 996T. Unless I'm missing something, there does not seem to be a any provision for locking out
