What is a pub moot?
1.) A public house, usually known as a pub, is an establishment which serves alcoholic drinks especially beer for consumption on the premises, usually in a homely setting. Pubs are commonly found in English-speaking countries
2.) Moot from Moot as an Old English language (Anglo-Saxon) term for meeting.
The Winnipeg Pagan Pub Moot is open to anyone interested in discussing and learning more about Paganism, Wicca, Druidry, Asatru, other Earth-based religions and relevant related topics. This is your chance to meet like-minded individuals for networking and learning more about our "Winnipagan" community. Pub Moot is on the third Monday of every month.
*** Please note that we do our best to keep the Moot to the schedule however, full moons and sabbats may shift the a regular meeting to the week previous. So please keep up to date by following this list! ***
