We are a group of crafty people who wish to assist victims of Domestic Violence with our handmade items.

Although we are mostly craft types we also make gift bags/baskets with essentials such as personal hygiene items. You don't have to have a craft to enjoy your stay with us and help those in need. These items go to adults and children who have to go through the safe home system and start their lives over in order to live safe and free from abusers. No matter what your craft YOU can help someone by showing you care. Some of our crafts include, and definitely aren't limited to, crochet, knit, sewing, bead work, painting, and origami to name but a few!

At this time we are focusing on one shelter every 4 months, which allows us to get enough crafts made to actually help out that particular shelter. We get a list from each shelter as to what is needed, and do our best to help out. The way we do this is donating crafts to the shelter through a sponsor, who must be an active member of this group, in that shelters area. The donations are then sent to the sponsor and the sponsor delivers them to their adopted shelter. We plan in the future to take on one shelter each month once our membership level has risen. Privacy is key for the individuals in the shelter and the individuals in this group, at no time are names put onto a list of any kind.

Our goal is to not only assist in transitioning people into abuse free lives but we also strive to promote Domestic Violence Awareness. We give survivors of Domestic Violence the means to continue to survive. This group was founded by survivors; and open to any craft Angel who wants to help.
