One of the primary purposes of this group will be to promote a dialogue between developers, contractors, and the governmental agencies responsible for implementing the fundemental aspects of the "Clean Water Act".

It is intended to be a forum for developing better ways of addressing so called 'Best Management Practices' (BMPs) thru uniform interpretations of the law, networking, cooperative activities, and sharing of resources among agencies and constructors alike for the mutual benefit of all. The experience and common sense from this group can and should help to reduce the expense, time, and complexity of dealing with a governmental program that is still evolving.

This site is also to provide information, instruction and support to our residents and associates while helping Mount Juliet, Lebanon, and Wilson County and others work better together in order to protect and serve our citizens while meeting the mandates of our MS4 agreements and the regulations administered in our state by TDEC and the EPA.
