Summer is almost here.  The lawn mowers are buzzing now every weekend and the lavender is starting to bloom.  The sunny warm days are  taking over the cold dreary ones.  And as the weather heats up, so does our new "LUCY" Show!

Greetings, Newsletter Peeps, it's Cheryl Lynn once again bringing you all the up to the minute happenings here at White Rose Productions...

To start off this month's newsletter, all I can say is "Wow!"  That is my reaction to the fantastic start of WRP's new Summer Tour Show "LUCY & ETHEL'S OUTRAGEOUS ADVENTURE".  The audiences are just loving it.  The comment sheets after the show is unlike any I have seen in my 16 years in the dinner theater biz.  Just praise upon praise upon praise.  Audience members coming up to me  and thanking me for "Lucy"...I am totally blown away by it!  I can not express to all of you folks what that means to me. 

We have several wonderful places the "Lucy" Cast and myself will be performing at in June...Please get your tickets now as all of these places will be sold out rather quickly!

We start out our June tours at one of WRP's regular venues Green Lane Fire Co. in Green Lane, Pa.  The audience members are  fun and we always have a great time performing for them...

Out next June tour is a fundraiser show for The Emmaus Lion's Club.  I do not have to tell you Newsletter Peeps the good works The Lion's Club does.  Also, it is going to be held at the place where Murder Mystery Dinner Theater started in the Lehigh Valley!  I did not have the pleasure to perform at Shepherd Hills Golf Club because I came into the dinner theater scene a few years after it stopped doing shows there.  However, I heard so much about it from the people who were there in the very beginning.  Talk about "full circle", folks!  This show will be sold-out.  So, if you want to be where "it all began..."  Make your reservations NOW!!...

Our final June "Lucy" tour is a children's dance studio fundraiser...Here is a good deal, folks!  For $35 per person you get EVERYTHING INCLUDED...Homemade Italian Buffet, Show, Tax, etc.  White Rose Productions performed our other hit "Lucy" Show "I LOVE LUCY TO DEATH" for these fine people a little while back and they loved it...I can't wait for them to see the new "Lucy"!!

A few other "key" happenings in June is White Rose Productions auditions for our Winter Tour Show "RACHEL RAY'S FOOD NETWORK NIGHTMARE". 

White Rose Productions will be holding auditions for it's Fall/Winter 2009 Murder Mystery Dinner Theater Show "RACHEAL RAY'S FOOD NETWORK NIGHTMARE" at Colonial House Restaurant & Bar, 131 Howertown Rd. Catasauqua, Pa. 18032 @ 7:00PM. Needed are men and women to portray the roles of Rachael Ray, Bobby Flay, and Gordon Ramsay. A Stage Manager is also needed. No experience necessary. All roles are paid. Audition dates are TUESDAY, JUNE 23rd 2009 & WEDNESDAY JUNE 24th 2009. This show will be available for tours from October, 2009 through April, 2010. Great characters! Here is your (or someone you might know) opportunity to get into the act!  White Rose Productions only holds auditions twice a year, don't miss out!  Also, I need a Stage Manager for this tour.  It is straight Stage Managing.  No lines to learn, no part to play.  Very minimal sound cues and audience participation.  ANYBODY can do this!  This would be a great second income for someone, too. 

I team up again with my psychic gal pal Dana Weiss.  She and I are looking forward to doing another PSYCHIC SALON together...

MO Productions, WRP'S Sister Company in Colorado, had a fantastic Opening Night with it's new show.  Matthew Osmun informed me they were turning people away at the door!  Also, "HILLBILLIES FROM HELL" started up and went very well.  "HILLBILLIES FROM HELL" was a show I produced and wrote  near the very start of White Rose Productions.  It was meant for smaller audiences and home murder mystery parties.  Matthew has revamped it, produced it, and has it available for his company...Good job, Matt! 

So, June is a very busy month for me and White Rose Productions.  Lots to do, many places to go!
