That is perfect. I'll look in Word help screen and try and figure it out.
Valerie, you might want to check this out also. Great way to format feedback.
Thank you.

I have a Mac, but I've done it on a PC in the past and I think that it is pretty
much the same. Look under Tools for Track Changes. When it is on, you can delete
a word and it shows what you have deleted in the right hand margin. Same goes
for words you add, etc. You should be able to add it to your toolbar so that
it's always there and accepting and rejecting changes is easy.

Glad I could help. :)

That is unbelieveable IUniverse did that and here I've been going around telling
people to check them out. Well, so long as they don't make the movie ( did you
see the NY Times article yesterday?), that author really got screwed. Holloywood
turned his book into a movie and bypassed him totally. Movie about a messenger
in NY City delivering a mysterious package. "Foot Artis Good Art" is definately
Hollywood material. Joanie

Apologies for not being able to make the last meeting, August has been a busy
month for me. I wanted to take a few minutes and introduce myself to the group.
I am an ADHD coach, a life transitions coach, a professional organizer and a
freelance writer from Alton Bay. I make about half my current income from
freelance writing projects where I focus on writing for the web including web
content, SEO articles, and ghost writing blogs. The majority of my work is for
hire which means it isn't published under my name but I have included some links
below.

I also write poetry and have two novels and a non-fiction book in the works. I
don't have much time for personal writing right now however, so these projects
are slow going.

I am planning to enter a few poetry competitions in the coming weeks and would
love some feedback as I finalize my entries. Watch for them in the next few
days.

If you want to see what I do and check out my writing, you can find me at these
links.

Pam, My first suggestion is that this should be written for adults and not for
kids. It would have a very large market. Then after adults learn about this,
write a piece for the kids. But start with the grown ups!!

The ethics of poverty. Truthfully, healthful food is out there and cheaper than
supermarket food. Dandelions are free. One of the most healthful foods out there
and every part can be used. Blackberries were bountiful this year. The 2 gallons
I picked will last til next year. And the hurricaine did not knock a single berry
to the ground. I was shocked. Broiler chickens can be eaten in about 8 weeks and
chickens are an easy keep. Just don't give them names. You'll never eat
supermarket chicken again ( even organic). The nuts of the beech tree ( favorite
food of deer) are free and delicious. Those deer aren't stupid. There are lots
of books about eating of the land including some great reciipe books. I'll look
up the titles for you if you are interested. And if you check out the
supermarkets, some, like Fiddleheads always has a big selection of day old
fruits and vegetables for less than $1 a package. They are probably fresher than
the produce at Hannefords. And the fish are biting if you'd like a nice grilled
bass or trout!!!

Hi All,

There must be a word out there, but I'm struggling to find it so I'm hoping you
are up for the challenge.

Here is the sentence ... Feeding our spirits is satisfying while feeding a
status symbol leaves us wanting for more.

I'm looking for a word for "wanting for more." Is there such a beast?

I'm trying to portray the difference between what fills us and what drains us. I
could just use those words - "fill vs drain" - I suppose, but there must be a
"satisfy vs ___."

Ideas?

Thanks!

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
We will be meeting on Monday January 9th at 7pm at the New Durham Library.
We will be discussing writing habits, time management and how to live up to your New Year's Writing resolutions.  Did you all make some writing resolutions?  Bring your ideas to share.
Also, if you have something you want feedback on, bring that as well.
Hope to see you there.  Please let me know if you can come.
Thanks
Pam
