Hello everyone,
Because of a year long process of remodeling I have not been able to update
Colorado as much as I have been in the past. Here are some updates that have
been put online and I hope to get back to normal ASAP! Please remember that
Colorado and most of her counties are in need of a permanent host. To read about
becoming a host you can visit the main Genealogy Trails page and click on the
Volunteer link. We are also always accepting data to share with researchers, if
you have something you would like to share please send it to me!
Thank you and enjoy your holiday season,
Shauna

I would very much like to post whatever photos you may have in regard to the Austin family on the Bear Lake County, Idaho Genealogy Trails website for you. You can email them to:
In May of 2008, I spent a couple of days in several of the cemeteries in Bear Lake County. I was taking pictures of the graves of the Austin family and their relatives. I know that I have missed some. If anyone would like a copy of a photo of an Austin from Bear Lake, please let me know, and I will e-mail it to you, if I have it.

I am doing research on the Dunsmore family who came from Oro, Simcoe, Ontario,
Canada, and settled in Montana. Some later moved to Idaho and other western
states.
I am researching the Austin family who primarily settled in Idaho (Bear Lake
County) and some went to Utah. The Nelson and Wilcox names are tied to the
Austin family.
I am researching the Cahoon family who settled in Utah (Salt Lake City and
Manti). The Wilson and Dietrich names are tied to the Cahoon family.
I have some information on these families, but I am looking for more, especially
stories and photos. I am willing to share what I have.

Updates. (comments) I have 3 WY. and 3 MT state sites...why? I work off a laptop in the
summers and each summer I "think" I have the right version...while in those states I find so much data it fills another web site so I just post it. I also have gone from my old desktop, to
laptop to a new desktop in April. To top that off, I have updated to current version of Net
Objects Fusion. Sorry I am whining but when you see a different state sites over time you will
know that is one of my versions. Isn't it fun doing the sites while collecting data and pics? Here are some updates and many more coming. Jo Ann Scott Be sure to "refresh" pages.
If you should come across anything pertaining to the State of Idaho please consider contributing!! Thanks!!
