The Tenth Donkey is a safe and informal working group for folk who are engaged in personal psychological and spiritual quests and for friends of the sarmouni.dyndns.org web site (online most uk daylight hours and evenings). The pdfs are also available there.

Many of you have read and studied the works of Idries Shah and have perhaps reached a difficult or dark impasse following his death. Thus the focus of this group is in part the moderate, liberal, non-dogmatic and universal Sufi legacy, moreso new phases of activity and ways ahead such as mindfulness in its broadest sense and many forms. We distance ourselves unreservedly from militancy, oppression and fundamentalism.
