Discussion of the Webcomics Awareness event (May 5 every year).

WHEN YOU REQUEST MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF AND GIVE THE URL OF YOUR WEBCOMIC, due to problems with spammers joining the list. Otherwise the moderator will assume you are a spammer (or someone who cannot read and follow simple instructions) and ignore your request to join the list. Anyone with a webcomic is welcome to join. The list is not for spammers or non-webcomic creators.

The purpose of this group is to coordinate the annual May 5 event, in which many webcomics make a special webcomic about webcomics (history, art theory, personal experience, whatever). (The purpose is not to hype our comics to each other on the mailing list.)
