Welcome to Wayback, Texas...where a cowboy falls in love every 8 seconds

This loop is for authors interested in participating in the Wayback, Texas Series at The Wild Rose Press. Please keep checking the Files section as information on the town will be updated with each contracted story.

Yellow Rose: Wayback Texas, Series Guidelines:

This brand new series is currently open for submissions in the Yellow Rose line.
The main attraction in the small town of Wayback is the Saturday night rodeo, held just outside of town from March through November, culminating in the Big One at the end of the season. Amateurs and semi-pros come from all over to and try their hand each week. Events include bronc-busting, calf roping, barrel racing and of course that event of all events - bull riding.
Each story should involve a cowboy or someone else connected to the rodeo, and of course, a feisty heroine.
Stories must be under 35 thousand words. Under 30K preferred. All heat levels accepted.
