Email notices will inform you about the events and news concerning Waterwood, Texas. This service is not affiliated with the Waterwood Improvement Association. Waterwood is a hamlet in a forest located adjacent to Lake Livingston and the Sam Houston National Forest in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Abundant wildlife and approximately 350 residents call Waterwood their home. It is also home to the Waterwood National Resort & Country Club. Approximately 1,200 lot owners hope to build homes here someday. Primary focus is factual reports and critiques of decisions of the Board of Directors who shape the future of Waterwood. Be sure to click on the left-hand column, Files, Photos, Bookmarks, and Database for community information, nature photos, a list of deer-resistant plants, and other information to be periodically updated. Membership to Waterwood Watchdog is required to access Files, Photos, Links, etc. Although this website is a post-only site by Terri Reed, members may submit email and/or attachments of photos, files, additions, suggestions and entries to terrier77340@yahoo.com -- confidentiality will be honored if requested.
