This is the centralized group email and action alert center for noncustodial parents. This group supports the following two agenda's.

The Other Parent(TOP) www.toprights.org is a parental rights organiization that believes children have an equal right to both parents. We support both parents, mothers and fathers in their objectives to equalize their parental rights and the presumption for shared custody in the case of mutually fit parents.

Additionally we support the Class action suit seeking to equalize custodial rights. While the case in WA State has been dismissed we support other states who are still active in their cases. If one of these states agrees to hear this case we stand ready to distribute information to support that cause. The Washington Case information files are all posted in the files section of this group.
