The voice may well be a cross over and will not affect your WACARS . I had the same problem when I lived in Calgary , but it never effected the performance of decoding - You may be wise to switch over to ACARSD - It is much better decoder . WACARS is one of the first decoders and as not been upgraded for years now .

But on the other Acars frequencies I have never heard a voice.
