Small correction.... the NJDXA is the INCOMING buro - outbound cards go to Newington (see NE2W or 2K or 2H if you go that route as it costs the same for one...

There are two parts to the QSL bureau. 1) Incoming Buro (DX to you). Run by volunteers, organized by call district. You send them $$, they send you your cards...
