Due to recent changes in regulations, the Post Office will no longer be
accepting any lettersize booklets, newsletters, and self-mailers that
are sealed with a staple. They are requiring that all such mailings be
sealed with a tab.

Although the change takes effect 9/8/09, we strongly encourage you to
begin using the tabs. Please see the attachment that gives you a quick
reference guide and overview.
