In the databases section you will find the Submissions Tracker. Any time we
begin work on a new client's submission(s), we will start an entry in the
tracker. As we work on the submission, update the status accordingly:

*In Consultation - Beginning the steps to create the name or device. This means
you have not selected a name or finished a device concept.

*Needs Research - For a problem name or a questionable charge. This means we are
still looking for sources.

*Conflict-Checking - We are currently running this name/device through the
conflict-checking stages.

*Needs Graphic - The proposed blazon needs to have a graphic designed.

*Needs Paperwork - Ready to be completed for submission. This means the research
and design is complete and just needs to have the forms filled out.

*Awaiting Submission - The paperwork is complete and has not yet been sent to
Cypher.

*Submitted - This status indicates that we have successfully sent or delivered
the paperwork to Cypher and are waiting the end result.

*Approved - This status indiciates that the LoAR containing this submission has
been published and the submitted property was approved.

*Returned - The LoAR or LoI with this submission has been published and the
property was returned for further work.

*Closed - The client no longer wishes to register this property and the request
has been closed.

Anyone on the group list can add or edit an entry on the tracker. Make sure that
as you work on something you update the status accordingly.
