| US-based IT co to set up Global Delivery Centre in Bangladesh IT Reporter US-based global IT and business solution leader AgreeYa Solutions stepped ahead to set up Global Delivery Center (GDC) in the country employing 500 ICT professionals over the next three years. The multinational company formally announced its acquisition of the Bangladesh operations of Soltius Infotech, which another international IT solutions and services company with a strong presence in the country for years. This is the first time Digital Bangladesh got a CMMI Level 5 certified company to cater world class services to the public and private sectors. According to Madhukar Joshi, erstwhile Chairman of Soltius Bangladesh and now the Regional Head of Middle East and Asia Pacific for AgreeYa Solutions, "It was a perfect matchmaking for both sides.
