This is a forum for collectors of antique and vintage SINGER sewing machines to get together to discuss recent finds, ask questions, and share resources. We cover model identification, maintenance, adjustments, repair, restoration, accessories and attachments, use, and tricks - everything you need to get that old Singer sewing machine back up and running and looking good!

This Group is not intended for the person who is only interested in selling an older machine and we do not discuss "values" of specific machines.

We do insist that the message board remain "on topic," and that previous messages be trimmed. If you want to communicate with another member about a subject other than Vintage Singers, please take those messages to e-mail.

Be sure to read the Welcome message. It is NOT like all the others. If you are interested in joining this lively group, please click the "Join this Group" button (please do not join via Email), but be sure that you don't hide your email address or Yahoo ID in the joining process, or membership will be denied. We DO read what you write in the comment block about why you want to join. Grouply addresses are not acceptable.
