This is to spread the word about Vintage Dance and History events in Southern California.

It is a "notify only" list, so you will only get messages from the moderator. It is not a discussion list, so you can't post to the list, and you won't receive messages from others posting to the list.

This list was created primarily to get around AOL, which has been blocking all our regular emails. If you are an AOL subscriber, please note that you don't have to create a new Yahoo email account. You can set up your "Yahoo Groups" membership to route to your AOL account.

You have several options (individual emails, daily digest, no email or special messages). I suggest the "individual email" option. I seldom send more than one message a day, and usually not more than one a week. None of these messages are marked as "special" so if you have chosen that option, you won't receive anything.

A final note: if you want to be removed from the list, use the Yahoo unsubscribe link. Do not click on "Unsubscribe vintagedance@yahoogroups.com" link at the bottom of the message. This will not unsubscribe you from this group, but will unsubscribe the whole group from the emails - and send an annoying "You are unsubscribed" message to the whole group.
