i did found it,but it was cut/paste on my school's binder in middle 90s(it was
early 90s kmart ads),the brand on that fan(i remember it said it)said it's
alantic air,but the one on my ad shows it in 4 bladed/white/polish brass
verion,but it had a very same light kit/globe,blades,blade arms..etc on it as
well...
 
i DO NOT have a scanner,but my parents does,as soon as i get to my parent's
scanner,i scan it/post it.
