Bonjour my friends!

Thanks for your patience! It's been a busy couple of months, and I just got a
few days of down time to work on the blog.

I'm tempted to rename it "The View From the Edge," or "The View From the
Precipice" to commemorate a little issue with my odometer, but we'll see how
that goes.

As usual, photos and links, and this time, a video in which I am actually NOT in
character! Maybe it's time for me to start a 'VLOG'!
