I've posted another e-booklet, this one for
targets although if a member of the public
were to see it, it should do no harm.

as there is always new material coming to
light as the result of forums and networking.

This one has enough information posted that
it should be useful, though more info will be
added over the next little while.

(For example, a section on shielding
experiments and detection hasn't yet been
added.)
