The Verdandi Fellowship list was created as a virtual frithstead for modernist and Culturalist Heathens who favor a liberal interpretation of the lore. Part of its goal is the creation of a similar Heathen group in the offline world. However, people affiliated with other organizations (or none at all) are still free to discuss relevant topics here. Membership on this list does not obligate subscribers to affiliate with the Verdandi Fellowship when it "goes public" in the offline world, although anyone who agrees with our Mission Statement may do so if he wishes.
