The Venetian Islands neighborhood includes Di Lido, Rivo Alto, and San Marino Islands. The Venetian Island Homeowners Association is a formal group made up of homeowners living on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach, Florida. This website is for homeowners and local officials only. Our purpose is to preserve the well-being of the neighborhood and promote the interests of its residents. Our officers are: Colgate Darden, President; Matt Liebowitz, Vice President; Claire Tomlin, Treasurer; and Michael Fryd, Secretary. We also have two officers from the Miami Beach Police Department as members of the Group as well as the Community Outreach Coordinator for County Commissioner Sally Heyman. They keep abreast of our homeowner security issues and also update us on recent happenings in the community.
