This discussion group discusses the principles of Vedic astrology (Jyotish) in a hermitage-like atmosphere of devoted learning, selfless sharing, courtesy and mutual respect. People freely ask very basic questions and get answers, while very advanced discussions are going on alongside.
Some of the topics discussed in Jan-Oct 99 were - special Lagna like Ghati Lagna, Arudha, Argala, Kala Chakra dasa, Moola dasa, Rasi dasa's like Narayana dasa, Sudasa, Brahma dasa and Drig dasa, various divisional charts, Tajaka charts and mundane charts
